Therapeutic Recreation Water Aerobics - Baptist Health Employee

Therapeutic Recreation Water Aerobics is a great step-down class for those who are leaving therapy and transitioning into exercise on their own, following treatment for an orthopedic condition. With regulated temperatures between 88 and 90 degrees, the water is therapeutic and helps ease joint pain. Please print, fill out and bring the medical release form with you to your first class.

Swimming pool, ground floor of Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute on the campus of Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock

Participants must be: medically stable; have intact vision and hearing; be able to understand and follow instructions; be independent and safe with walking and dressing; be independent with the performance of the exercise class activities; not have bowel or bladder incontinence; not have open wounds or skin lesions; not have a urinary tract infection; not have tracheostomies, gastrostomies or suprapubic catheters; not have an elevated temperature within 72 hours. 

Payment of class fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable, regardless of the method of payment. This is a monthly fee.
