Mavis Thomas was on dialysis for seven months before a friend selflessly gifted her with a new kidney.
Under the care of Dr. Scott Young and Dr. John Dunn at the Baptist Health Transplant Institute, Mavis had a successful transplant procedure and now believes that her quality of life is better than it’s ever been before.
