Natalie's Baby Blog - February part 2

We finished all of our baby classes!! Whoo hooo! I feel smarter. I’m so afraid I’m going to forget everything I’ve learned due to pregnancy brain though. Haha. Thank goodness they gave us reading material in every class. In the last night of childbirth class we learned about the different options as far as pain management for delivery, and the guys learned how to massage our backs during labor to help with each contraction.

She designs exercise programs, educates Baptist Health staff through seminars and lunches, and runs health and wellness programs here on campus. She's a certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and has a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and a minor in nutrition.

Natalie's Baby Blog - Kendall Arrives!

Kendall Diana Cannady was born at 3:05 a.m. at 9lbs 7oz and 21 and half inches long! Whew!! Was I exhausted and I know she was too! I was running a little bit of a fever so the NICU team was there on deck for when she arrived. They took her over to the side and started getting her cleaned up and checked over. I was so anxious to see her, but since I had a fever I had to wait just a little bit longer so they could be sure she was fine.

After two more surgeries at 5 months and 10 years old left him well enough to pursue his passion for soccer, a permanent solution was needed so he could safely continue to compete.
