Get Tested Using MyChart

Select Baptist Health COVID-19 testing sites offer scheduling via MyChart, including in Little Rock, Fort Smith, Stuttgart, and Heber Springs. If you do not have a MyChart account, you can create one here. It is the easy and secure way to manage your healthcare and access much of your medical records online.

Baptist Health Urgent Care centers and Baptist Health primary care clinics do not offer MyChart scheduling for testing.

Schedule An Appointment

To schedule a COVID-19 test via MyChart, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to MyChart.
  2. Select “Schedule an Appointment” and click your desired COVID-19 swab site.
  3. Select the date and time of the appointment. If a desired time is not available, simply select the next available time.
  4. If prompted, verify personal information and insurance.
  5. Verify all information is correct and click “Schedule.”

Use eCheck-In Upon Arrival

When arriving for a COVID-19 test you scheduled via MyChart, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to MyChart and find your appointment on the home screen.
  2. Then, select the “eCheck-In” button.
  3. Follow the prompts to ensure that details regarding your personal information, insurance, medication, balances, travel, allergies and health issues are all correct.
  4. Once complete, look for verification that you are finished. Bring your ID and insurance card to be saved to your record.

While You Await Test Results

Continue home quarantine until the results of your test are communicated to you. You will be given further instructions at that time.

Home quarantine consists of:

  • Staying home except to get medical care. If you do need medical care, please call the ED or physician’s office before you arrive and let them know you have been tested for COVID-19 and results are pending. Either wear a mask or ask the health care provider to give you a mask before contact. If it is a medical emergency and 911 is called, tell them you are in home quarantine due to COVID-19.
  • Not having visitors in your home.
  • Separating yourself from others in your home as much as possible (i.e. separate room, wear a mask when around others and stay 6 feet away).
  • Washing your hands and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer often. Do not share personal items such as dishes, cups, forks, spoons and towels.
  • Not using public transportation – airplane, bus, ride-sharing or taxis.
  • Checking your temperature twice a day (once in the morning and once at night) and write it down.
  • Limiting contact with pets and animals.

Access Test Results Via MyChart

COVID-19 testing results can be accessed through MyChart. You should receive your results within 1 to 2 days. Patients will only be called if their results are positive, otherwise, their negative results will be in MyChart.

If you have trouble accessing MyChart, click here for further instructions.
