Open since 1974, the
Baptist Health Rehab Institute of Little Rock, AR is the largest and most comprehensive rehab facility in the state. Because of our West Little Rock location, patients at BHRI have easy access to the advantages of a major medical center while enjoying a warm, friendly environment.
Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute is a comprehensive integrated inpatient rehabilitation program and is tailored to each individual patient’s needs. If there is a need for specialized services such as diagnostic X-ray/Imaging, laboratory and pharmacy they are provided on campus 24/7 by Baptist Health Medical Center – LR (the state’s largest and most comprehensive acute care facility). Medical Services are provided by specialty trained Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians. Each patient will typically see their rehabilitation physician or partner, who are also Rehabilitation Physicians, once every day through the week and once on the weekend. In addition to your personal Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician, there are staff physicians in house to respond to medical emergencies every night 5pm to 8am, and on the weekends Saturday and Sunday 24/7. This continual availability of specialized services and medical staff presence ensures timeliness of results reporting and responsiveness to orders.
Services include: physical therapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation nursing, psychology, stroke recovery rehab, speech language pathology, therapeutic recreation, and care coordination.

or self-referral. A screening examination may be conducted prior
to admission. The cost of treatment is covered as any hospitalization
