Pharmacy Residency Program
Baptist Health Medical Center - North Little Rock offers a post-graduate year one (PGY-1) pharmacy residency
(click here for application) that is pursuing accreditation by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). The residency program at BHMC NLR provides the knowledge and experience that a pharmacy practitioner will need to face challenges in today's complex health-care environment, while also providing essential skills to meet the practice demands of the future.
At Baptist Health Medical Center - North Little Rock, clinical pharmacists are extensively involved in the delivery of quality care to all inpatients, offering services such as core measure compliance, anticoagulation monitoring, TPN orders and monitoring, and antibiotic stewardship and monitoring.
