Diabetes Quiz

Diabetes means your blood sugar (glucose) is too high. Some people with diabetes exhibit symptoms, some do not. Are you often thirsty or tired? Do you urinate often? Do you have unexplained weight loss or blurry eyesight? Diabetes is a serious disease that can lead to blindness, heart disease, strokes, kidney failure and loss of feet or legs. It kills almost 210,000 people each year. Take the first step, complete the test.

I am between 45 and 64 years of age.
I am 65 years old or older.
I am a woman who has had a baby weighing more than nine pounds at birth.
