Supporting Baptist Health through the Baptist Health Foundation Capital Campaign will directly support its mission of providing quality patient-centered services, promoting and protecting the voluntary not-for-profit healthcare system, providing quality health education and responding to the changing health needs of the citizens of Arkansas with Christian compassion and personal concern consistent with its charitable purpose.
Our flagship campus in Little Rock is now 37-years-old; but given its centralized location at the intersection of major interstates, this Capital Campaign to enhance the current building significantly outweighs an investment in a new facility. As health care needs grow, so does the responsibility of Arkansas' largest and most preferred healthcare provider.
Baptist Health provides in other ways as well accounting for over 14,000 primary and secondary jobs in Arkansas and generating 1% of the Gross State Product; supporting the Capital Campaign would have a clear, direct and positive impact on the state of Arkansas and its residents as we strive to continue meeting their health care needs.
We intend to make improvements to Baptist Health's 37-year-old flagship campus in Little Rock by:
