BAPTIST HEALTH and its subsidiaries have a long-standing reputation for providing quality patient care, conducting ethical business practices and adhering to all state and federal rules and regulations. In addition, the government has issued guidelines for healthcare providers to use in preventing, identifying and correcting any potential fraud and abuse. BAPTIST HEALTH has developed a system-wide compliance program (click here for the Compliance Plan) to meet the government's requirements and has appointed a Compliance Officer who is responsible for follow up on any concerns reported.
